TaxiWebDesign ("we", "us") is operated by ElevateCode Digital LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use our SaaS platform, how we use it, and the rights you have.

1. Data we collect

• Account information (name, email, phone) you provide on sign-up.
• Operational data your business generates (bookings, drivers, vehicles, trips).
• Passenger data your business enters or receives through the booking portal.
• Driver location data while a driver is on shift, used for dispatch and tracking.
• Payment metadata processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers.

2. How we use it

To deliver the service, secure your tenant, generate invoices and statutory reports, and improve product reliability. We do not sell personal data.

3. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors strictly required to run the service: Supabase (database & auth), Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), Google (maps & geocoding).

4. Retention

Operational records are retained for the lifetime of your subscription plus 7 years for accounting. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal hold.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export and delete your personal data by writing to info@taxi-webdesign.com.

6. Security

Tenant data is isolated at the database level using row-level security. All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+).
