Terms of Service

1. The service

TaxiWebDesign is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for taxi, limo, chauffeur and airport-transfer companies, operated by ElevateCode Digital LLC.

2. Subscription

Your subscription is billed monthly via Stripe based on the plan you select. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other tenants' data, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate this clause.

4. Your data

You own all data you upload. We act as a processor and protect it per the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawful collection of passenger and driver data within your tenant.

5. Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but provide the service "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
